We are so excited to launch our NEW lock-down inspired, limited edition Antibacterial Cleanser spray, from which ALL profits will be donated to NHS Charities Together.
Created with love
Sure to raise a few smiles, the unique bottle, which was lovingly designed by an Astonish fan, features a rainbow alongside the message ‘Spread Love Not Germs’.
A total of 250,000 bottles are being produced and with your support, we will raise a minimum of £100,000 for NHS Charities Together!
Available to purchase from this week (15thJune), the exclusive product will be featured across leading retailers including Asda, Wilko, B&M, Savers & The Range.
Now a nationwide initiative, the concept of our one of a kind Astonish Antibacterial Cleanser spray, which pays tribute to all keyworkers within the National Health Service, came a result of some simple drawings.
Nick Moss, our Social Networking Manager, explains further:“This has been such an exciting journey for us! Believe it or not, it all started with my daughter Sylvia, who loves to get creative… she started doodling on one of our bottles. For her, it was simply a way to pass the time during lockdown, but it gave me an idea.”
“Sylvia’s creativeness inspired me to share a digital template of our Astonish bottle across Instagram so that our followers too could join in on the fun.”
“What started as a simple way to bring light relief to our followers and their families, eventually evolved into a competition; to design a new bottle that delivers a positive lock-down message. The response we got was incredible!”
“After receiving such a fantastic collection of entries, we knew there was an opportunity to go further and really show our support for the NHS heroes risking their lives day in day out during this pandemic.”
“That’s when we made the decision to turn the winning design from our Instagram competition into an official limited edition product and donate all profits to NHS Charities Together!”
“Along with the rest of the team and Sylvia of course, I am thrilled by this opportunity and feel really proud to be part of such a great initiative.”
From idea to reality
Here’s what Lauren Lynch, the designer of the limited edition trigger spray had to say: “I cannot believe that a bottle I designed is going to appear on the shelf of my local supermarket. I’m shocked and delighted, I simply didn’t expect my design to be chosen.”
“This entire experience really shows that the Astonish team have gone out of their way to provide support for our healthcare service and I feel really privileged to be a part of a campaign that will spread a positive message while raising money to help the NHS.”
Not long till the highly anticipated product is available across our range of retailers, so keep your eyes peeled!
